A written proposal first
Ashand provides a written service proposal and individualised budget before services commence — so the cost is agreed, not discovered.
Direct service prices are all-in
They include the usual costs of safe service delivery — rostering, supervision, travel, administration and compliance — for Ashand-delivered hourly services.
We do not set your contribution
Where a client contribution applies, the rate is decided by the aged care system and your assessment, not by us. We will explain how it applies to you.
