Clinical Director – Support at Home Services

Noime Diaz is the Clinical Director for Support at Home Services at Ashand Care and Services. She brings many years of nursing experience across urology nursing, aged care care management, and telephone triage nursing.

With her strong clinical background, Noime understands the importance of safe, person-centred, and respectful care, especially for older people who wish to remain independent and supported in their own homes. Her previous experience in aged care care management has given her a deep understanding of client needs, family concerns, care planning, risk management, and the importance of regular communication.

In her role, Noime oversees clinical compliance and quality assurance to ensure services are delivered safely, appropriately, and in line with each client’s individual care needs. She works closely with clients, families, care staff, and the wider Ashand team to promote safe care, dignity, comfort, and independence at home.

Noime is known for her calm approach, clinical judgement, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to quality care. Her experience allows her to support clients with confidence, compassion, and professionalism, while ensuring Ashand Care and Services continues to provide safe and high-quality Support at Home services.
