NDIS services, built around your life.
Flexible support built around your goals, preferences and everyday life.
Nurse-led, including the complex parts.
Community nursing and high-intensity supports are delivered with registered nurse oversight — which is what makes it possible to keep supporting someone as their health needs change, rather than handing them on.
Meet the clinical directorsWhat we can support you with.
Personal care, daily living, community access and transport assistance — through to community nursing and high-intensity supports. For participants of every age the NDIS funds, children and adults alike.
Personal Care
Respectful help with showering, dressing, grooming, continence and daily routines, at the times of day that suit you.
Assistance with Daily Living
Practical support around the home — meals, household tasks, routines and the everyday things that make a week work.
Community Participation
Support to get out and stay connected: social activities, hobbies, school or study, volunteering and the places you already like to be.
Transport Assistance
Getting to appointments, school, work or study and community activities safely, with a worker who knows the routine.
Community Nursing
Clinical care in your own home from registered nurses — health monitoring, wound care and medication support.
High-Intensity Supports
Complex support delivered by trained workers with registered nurse oversight, for participants whose needs require it.
Respite Support
Short-term support at home or in the community so family carers can rest, with continuity for the participant.
Support Coordination Partnership
We work alongside your support coordinator, plan manager and allied health team so your plan holds together.
Three ways a plan is managed.
- 01
Self-managed
You hold the funding and pay providers directly, with the most control over who you work with and how.
- 02
Plan-managed
A plan manager handles the invoices on your behalf, and you still choose your providers.
- 03
NDIA-managed
The NDIA pays registered providers directly against your plan.
Three steps, and none of them are paperwork first.
01
Get in touch
Ring us or send an email. You do not need to know which supports you want, or have your plan in front of you.
02
Meet and plan
We talk through your goals, your routine and what support looks like on an ordinary week, and agree what we would deliver.
03
Start supports
Services begin with the workers and times we agreed, and a clinical director reviews the plan as your needs change.
